Summary:
Like many industries, the business of TV and Film distribution is certainly changing due to digital - whether you're watching on your phone or tablet, dropping the cable package, making a web series or seeing a film online at the same time it's in theaters...the landscape is shifting quickly.

We'll take a look at how the transition has had an effect on the following areas:
1. Production: Covering the decreased budgets required to produce content
2. Distribution: The ease by which "anyone" can cost effectively release globally
3. Marketing: How can the distributor and audience find each other?
4. Watching: Consumers continue to view on the living room "TV", tablets, mobile, etc.

Not since the television arrived in our living rooms has the media business been transformed so dramatically as it is today, and it’s seemingly generational, fragmented and nascent. Come join the discussion to share AND learn!
