Hot Dog Daze

Hot Dog Daze comes to you courtesy of Interact's 40+ actors with and without disabilities. It is co-directed by James Lekatz and Heather Bunch, with original music by award-winning composer Aaron Gabriel, combined with choreography by Kymani Kahlil. Special guests include the side-splitting emcees, Shanan Custer (Brave New Workshop veteran) and Kory LaQuess Pullam (Underdog Theater’s Artistic Director). Plus, a Pop-Up Shop at every show will feature art and gifts from 70 Interact Visual Artists!

Best of all? The original story lines and songs of Hot Dog Daze were created by Interact cast members! Both are expertly crafted into what Director Lekatz calls “your classic, breezy summer musical that also happens to spoof the telethons and variety talent shows of an age long gone that also asks, ‘Were those good ‘ol days really that good’?!”
