Sound Unseen’s Movie Mondays at BLB
810 West Lake Street
Minneapolis, MN 55408

Sound Unseen is beyond excited to partner with Bryant-Lake Bowl Theater on a new film series. As a kick-off to Sound Unseen’s 16th annual films-on-music festival (November 11 - 15), this series gives us a chance to expand our programming to include more than just music films. This series will include:
- A 10-year anniversary film screening about a schizophrenic cult artist
- A fashion film co-presented by Kokoon and Cult Collective on the dangerous global implications of “fast fashion”
- The Minnesota premier of an unreleased film directed by a beloved local (and sadly deceased) comedy legend
- An evening where we pair beautiful food shorts with a special menu of bites + beverages
Sound Unseen celebrates 16 years of bringing film, music, and art to the Minneapolis-St. Paul community. The Sound Unseen festival has been named the “Best Winter Film Festival” by the Star Tribune; received the “Best of the Fests” award in 2010 by MSP Magazine; and has been described as “…what all film festivals should aspire to be: less pomp and circumstance and more chances for the community to party. What separates Sound Unseen from its film-fest peers is not just its immersion in the local scene, but its dedication to living in spirit of independent film” by Tony Libera for Vita.mn.
