ABOUT THE SHOW

Have you ever imagined a world whose laws of physics differed from our own? In our current dystopian future, the Not-So-Silent Planet is entering cyberspace. Listen to some of the most frequent contributors to the country's only recurring open-mic dedicated to speculative fiction: fantasy, sci-fi, or supernatural horror!

This December, we look at the not-so-silent planet itself: our own Earth, warts and all, with tales of its many alternates, or of things slumbering in the soil beneath our feet. Featuring original fiction by regulars Joshua English Scrimshaw, the Reverend Pat D, Tom S. Tea, and Tim Wick, with Matthew Kessen of Reverend Matt's Monster Science as our special guest teller! Tune in, and hear about places of which you've never dreamt.

WARNING: while we appreciate the importance of safe spaces, we also appreciate the importance of unsafe spaces, in which writers can experiment with edgier material. None of the stories are screened, and performers may present adult content. We’re free-speech absolutists, and recognize that that occasionally comes at an uncomfortable price.
