Frank Theatre is holding general auditions for its 2017-18 season, which will be announced on July 13. The fall production is contemporary, with a cast of 3-4 women and 2-3 men. Rehearsals begin Sept 7, opening Sept 29, and closing Oct 22. The spring production dates are TBA, for a show that is large cast, open to all ages, ethnicities and abilities.

Pangea World Theater is holding auditions for its original production Sabra Falling, written by Ismail Khalidi and directed by Artistic Director, Dipankar Mukherjee. Set in 1982, this relevant play explores life in the Sabra refugee camp in Lebanon, the dangerous theatre of life and war, and the role memory and love play in the quest to resist and survive.

Seeking actors for Actors Theatre of Louisville's Professional Training Company. Acting Apprentices perform in their own five-show season, focusing entirely on new works, and culminating in a commissioned work that is a fully-produced as a part of the Humana Festival of New American Plays. Small roles and understudy positions in the theater's mainstage season are possible, but not guaranteed. Practical audition and business-based training curriculum is provided throughout the year. Industry showcase for casting directors and agents is included at the end of the season.
