AUDITIONS

Théâtre du Monde is seeking 4-8 actors (all adult age ranges, genders and ethnicities) for a June 5th & 12th Staged Reading of 'I CALL MY BROTHERS,' by Jonas Hassens, directed by Nelson Williams and Prakshi Malik.

We are also seeking a production assistant for this and future performances. Please send resumes and photos to [email protected], placing 'I Call My Brothers' in the subject line.

Auditions will be held at the St. Louis Park Lunds & Byerly's Community Room, from 4PM to 6PM on Sunday, March 19th. There will also be auditions on Friday, March 24th, from 6:30PM to 8:30PM, at the Uptown Lunds & Byerly's Community Room.

I CALL MY BROTHERS
Synopsis :
A car bomb explodes in Sweden! A city is crippled by fear. Amor, a Tunisian Muslim immigrant, wanders the city, doing his best to blend in. ... For 24 intense hours we go inside his head, where the lines between suspect and victim, love and chemistry, fantasy and reality become more and more blurred!

Characters :
AMOR, young Tunisian immigrant living in Sweden
Multiple actors will play the following parts :
SHAVI, BULLY, THE SALESMAN, VALERIA, KAROLINA, AHLEM, THE SUPERVISOR, TYRA,and MULTIPLE 'AMPLIFIERS'
