Auditions for HAND-PICKED at the Twin Cities Horror Festival

Theatre Unchecked is so excited to announce auditions for our premiere play, HAND-PICKED. Our show will be performing at the Twin Cities Horror Fest in October 2017. HAND-PICKED is about a leadership camp for young women that takes a dark turn when select campers learn they have been invited in exchange for much more than their skills. A dark comedy about the realistic horrors of racism, privilege, appropriation, and systemic oppression. We are looking for 12+ female identifying women to join the cast. This is a devised theatre piece so we are looking for a cast with a diverse set of skills that will create the show with the co-directors, Marisa B. Tejeda and Sulia Altenberg.

(We strongly encourage women of color and queer women to audition)

DATE OF AUDITIONS: Tuesday, August 8, 6:30-9:30

DATE OF CALLBACK: Friday, August 11, 5:00-7:00

LOCATION: Youth Performance Company, 3338 University Ave SE
