For more than five years now, Springboard for the Arts has been partnering with low-cost medical, alternative and dental clinics to offer vouchers for artists to use towards healthcare services. Now, thanks to the generosity of our partners and Leveraging Investments in Creativity (LINC), artists can apply for two vouchers for each of our partner clinics! That means two free visits at Everspring Health and two $40 vouchers to use towards one visit (up to $80) or two visits at Family Dental Care, N.I.P. Community Clinic, People's Center Health Services and United Family Medicine. There are no income requirements to apply. If you are uninsured or underinsured, you qualify! For more information and to apply, please visit http://www.springboardforthearts.org/health/healthcare-vouchers/
