A basic introduction to prop design, from finding the right prop in a second-hand store to building specialized props. Learn how a prop designer reads a script, works with a director, and more. Registration requested by June 10.

A WORKSHOP FROM THE MOVING COMPANY
This workshop will focus on the actor/author. The process of creating theatre on your feet, using nothing but yourself to build personalities that escape the psychological realm of characters. The Brawl of America is a two-day stage combat workshop held in Minneapolis on May 28 and 29. Sanctioned by the Society of American Fight Directors, this workshop is the largest training opportunity for the essential skill of performed physical conflict in the state of Minnesota. Faculty are industry leaders drawn from around the country and offer a diverse array of classes for all skill levels. Classes range all the way from a simple slap or a choke, to intense one-on-one duels, all the way to complex, multi-person melees.

This 6-week Musical Theater Jazz Dance Class series is for you! Taught by COLLIDE Artistic Director, Regina Peluso class consists of a strong 45-minute technical warm-up, 20 minutes accross the floor combinations working on turns, leaps, footwork, jazz vocabulary, and ends with the teaching of a short combination.
