Where: History Theatre in DT Saint Paul When: First Wednesday of every month from 12-5:30 and/or/both 5:00-10pm (or when strike is finished) **NOW TAKING VOLUNTEERS FOR MARCH3rd and APRIL 7th SHOWS!** What does that mean? Usher duties include: general front of house set up prior to the show, greeting audience members as they enter the theater, taking tickets, handing out programs, pencils and surveys, watching a fabulous show for free, gathering surveys during the performance, handing out goodie bags after the performance, clean-up and strike of front of house. Black & White nice clothing is the preferred dress code. Fun, camaraderie, meeting other theater performers, tech folks, producers and patrons! Artist Liaison Duties include: They greet the artist, help them with load in requirements and generally ensure a positive experience for the performing artist by answering questions and helping them with anything they may need backstage. We need people that know their way around a theatre and who can be the picture of polite and efficient in escorting the artists from point A to B to C to D. It's fast paced and lots of fun with lots of fun people all around. Punctuality is a must! Wearing all black, comfortable, nicer casual attire with comfortable shoes as you will be doing a lot of standing and walking for most of the day, also a must!
