MinnesotaPlaylist.com is new again!

News

The first thing you'll notice is the brighter, easier-to-navigate design. Then, you might click on the new performance calendar. Log in and post your upcoming shows for everyone to see. We will be refining and adding lots of search capabilities to this calendar in the next few weeks.

The most exciting update right now may be the powerful new search tools we've added to the talent list. In this version, its so much easier for producers and collaborators to find exactly who and what they're looking for. If you already have a profile, log in and fill out the new categories. Are you available right now? Do you have training in clowning or a preference for naturalist drama? Are you a writer with a talent for sketch comedy? Are you an administrator who specializes in public relations? Pray tell. (If you don't have a profile, we think its a pretty inexpensive investment for the chance to be found by directors, producers, and others across the state.)

Whether you need the talent or performance lists, the auditions and classifieds, or the magazine content -- speaking of which: Check out our conversation with Dominique Serrand -- the more you use this website, the more useful it will be. Tell your friends.

We're eager to hear what you think -- but please be patient with us as well.

The technology we've rebuilt the site with will allow us to bring you audience reviews, more search features in both the classifieds and the performance calendar, and more interesting formats for magazine content. As with all new technology, however, there will be bugs. We want to hear about them. We need and want your help to stamp them out. But, do, please, be nice about it.

We're trying to build the most efficient, effective, and inspiring resource for Minnesota's performing arts as possible. It ain't easy as it looks sometimes.
