Introducing MinnesotaPlaylist's guest editor, Bunny Sparber

News
Max Sparber is a provocative critic and journalist, a witty and adventurous playwright, a funny man and fascinating character. He knows the theater community both as an observer and a participant, and he cares about what happens here and why. We thought it time to vary up how MinnesotaPlaylist went about fulfilling our mission to inform and inspire Minnesota's performing arts community, and Max has agreed to add a new perspective as guest editor-in-chief. For the next 3 months, Max will be assigning, editing, and writing articles. Feel free to email [email protected] if you have any ideas for stories or questions or comments. His official bio and mission statement:
Max Sparber is a playwright and critic from Minneapolis, where he was theater critic for City Pages for three years and currently has a column with MinnPost; as a playwright, he has written extensively for Off-Leash Area. Sparber has also worked as a performer, appearing frequently at Omaha's Blue Barn theater, as well as on the local webseries Chasing Windmills, and as a musician with the band The Peter O'Tooles. As an editor, Sparber is dedicated to examining performance as experienced by those that create performance: their ideas, needs, and history.
Wish him luck.
