He walks out on the stage, slender figured dawned in a black leather jacket with his collar up. The spotlight shines. He begins to croon… “Oh well… I’m the type of guy who will never settle down. Hello, Dolly! good reason to come in from the cold
By Mindy Mateuszczyk
Hello, Dolly! is now performing at Lyric Arts Main Street Stage. It’s a delightful voyage into the classic musical theatre genre. Beth King, is a successful and endearing Dolly Gallagher Levi who moves the story ahead with wit, charm and solid acting.
Alyssa Wyatt, as Irene Malloy, delivers pitch perfect vocals. Her convincing rendition of “Ribbons Down My Back” is worth the price of admission alone.

This show does a pretty decent job of re-creating the well-known bits from the movie.

Heidi Berg performs in Tesla playing at Nimbus Theatre this month.
