Carl Swanson is an Actor, Singer, and Improviser originally from Hawley, MN.
He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and lives in Minneapolis Minnesota.
Carl is Energetic, Charming, Enthusiastic, Sarcastic, and Extremely Hard working. He also grows a great beard!
Primarily Carl is a storyteller. His goal is to tell stories that have the capability of changing people. The one thing we should always strive for is to change our audience through our art.
Some of Carl's favorite roles include Anatoly Sergievsky in Chess, George in The Drowsy Chaperone, Audrey II in Little Shop of Horrors, Grumio in Taming of the Shrew, Anatoly Sergievsky in Chess, Squire in The Reluctant Dragon, and Huckleberry Finn in Big River.
Carl is an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. His project involved installing benches outside of Hawley's Community Pool. He partially attributes his choice of going into theatre back to all the little skits they had to do at camp.
