Emily Bridges is an actor and playwright from Los Angeles, California. Her recent film and television projects include Code Black (CBS),The Public Domain, Grooming (winner of Best Drama at the 2015 LA Shorts Fest, Official Selection 2015 Cannes Film Fesitval), Masters of Sex (Showtime), and The Tale of Princess Kaguya (2015 Academy Award nomination for best animated feature). Emily has appeared locally in Extremeties with Dark and Stormy Productions and in the Minnesota-made award-winning web series Theater People. Other recent work in theatre includes an Off-Broadway revival of Brahm Stoker's Dracula as Lucy Seward, Emily in Our Town, several incarnations of "Princess" with Storybook Theatre in Los Angeles, and an adaptation of Richard Boleslavsky's Acting: The First Six Lessons, which she co-authored and acted in with her father, Beau Bridges. Their play was published by Samuel French following its premier at Theatre West in Los Angeles.
