JANET SKIDMORE is a dancer/choreographer turned singer/actress. A former dance specialist in the Chicago Public Schools, she has been a dance roster artist for the Illinois and Minnesota Arts Boards, and for Young Audiences of Minnesota. Her one woman show, "Marie Taglioni is not a dish of Pasta, OR Modern Dance, from Toe Shoes to No Shoes," received a "Must See" from the Pioneer Press. Her credits as a singer and band member include productions with Mixed Precipitation, Nautilus Music Theatre, In the Heart of the Beast Puppet and Mask Theatre, and Minnetonka Community Theatre. Ms. Skidmore has a mosaic artcar called "Red Mountain", (www.artcarparade.com), is rehabbing a 1911 house, and works in her own flower garden business.
