Fight Scene Showcase

Come enjoy some free action entertainment and support local artists training to make onstage violence better!
Performers will present a variety of scenes from books, theatrical productions, film, tv, video games and more - all testing for certification through the Society of American Fight Directors as the culmination of their semester-long coursework in Rapier and Dagger, Two-handed sword, and Sword and Shield.

This is a free event, and the section that is open to the public is expected to run approximately 90 minutes. Afterwards, our visiting adjudicator with have further evaluations for the performers in a closed session.

As this event will be held indoors, all attendees must remain masked at all times- performers will be unmasked while onstage, and will maintain a safe distance from the audience while doing so.
