How do you experience the world? Is it easy to wake up in the morning, excited to start your day? Or is it impossible to drag yourself from under the covers? We live on a spectrum, and it varies in our daily life. What does living at a 2 look and feel like? A 10? What breaks us? What restores us? Are we willing to help others come back from theirs? Using movement, poetry, real stories, and crisis as tools for investigating the human condition, Shades of living explores what it means to live the entire breadth of human capacity.
