THE WEIR is an Olivier Award winning Irish play written by Conor McPherson that deals with paranormal happenings in an old bar somewhere near Northern Ireland. Locals gather round to share stories to a Dublin woman new to the town about ghosts, haunted houses, and fairies. This play is classic Irish storytelling at its best! A stellar cast of notable Twin Cities actors provide a an acting ensemble tour d' force that should give audiences much to enjoy and relish. This is a perfect play to get into the Halloween spirit.
The play is directed by Douglas Stewart and features: Thom Pinault (JACK), Philip C. Matthews (BRENDAN), David Schlosser (JIM), Paul Somers (FINBAR), and Jamie White Jachimiec (VALERIE).
