Call for Board Members

At Theatre Novi Most, we are dedicated to bridging cultures and creating innovative, boundary-pushing theatre that speaks to our shared human experience. We are excited to have a slate of new productions for the coming season, including the play Sickle by Abbey Fenbert which is set in 1933 in Ukraine and celebrates a will to survive history and transcend attempts at genocide, and An Ocean Away, a new play by Andrei Kureichhik based on interviews with members of the post-Soviet states diaspora in Minnesota watching the Russian invasion of Ukraine from afar.

With our robust return to full productions since Covid, we are looking to bring creative, dedicated supporters of Theatre Novi Most onto our board. As a nonprofit organization, our board is one of our critical partners in making this work possible. Our board meets six times a year and is responsible for supporting the strategic vision of Theatre Novi Most, bringing audiences to our shows, being engaged in fundraising efforts, and supporting our artistic staff.

This is a volunteer role. We do good work while having fun doing it! If you have an interest in new plays, experience in marketing, nonprofits boards, or fundraising, and are looking for an opportunity to expand your collaborative and leadership skills while advocating for the power of live theatre, we invite your interest. We are particularly eager to have someone with legal experience and someone with fiscal management experience join our board.
