In A Stand of Dying Trees by Shannon TL Kearns is a new work in development. Part of a 4 show season on gun violence, this show is the story of Ben, a transgender man who has moved to a rural area to live his life in peace. That idyllic life is put in danger when Liam, a trans political organizer, comes to town. A play about rural and urban divide, politics, and what we do to keep each other safe.

Eden Prairie Players will be holding auditions for our 2019 Collection of One Acts, featuring a new selection of seven original plays, on June 25 and 26. We have 22 roles to fill. All roles are for adults in a broad range of ages except for one teenage girl and one preteen girl (we will consider actors aged 9 and above). Details of the plays are below.
