GODSPELL is a major theatre offering from Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin, Children of Eden, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, The Prince of Egypt, Enchanted),  who is the winner of the Drama Desk Award-Winner for Outstanding Lyrics, four Grammy Awards, three Academy Awards, and six Tony Award nominations. With GODSPELL, Schwartz took the world by storm! Led by the international hit, “Day by Day” (among may other hits), Godspell is a thrill to be a part of from beginning to end.

Performance Dates: April 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 30, May 01, 02 @ 7:30PM and April 25 & May 03 @ 2:00PM.

AUDITIONS: ALL Roles Open to anyone auditioning (who are ages 17-99+ years old) WITHOUT CASTING LIMITATIONS on ANY role based on GENDER, identity, race, nationality, religion, or culture. ALL are welcome and encouraged! 

 AUDITION DATE: Monday, FEBRUARY 24th 2020 @ 6:00PM. Audition appointments not necessary.

CALLBACKS: Wednesday, FEBRUARY 26 @ 6:00PM.

REHEARSALS: Monday-Friday, 6:00-10:00PM, March 02-April 16 (No rehearsals on March 03 & March 09-13).

WHAT TO PREPARE FOR AUDITIONS:  1. Two options: A) A One-Two minute song cut of your choice (it may be from a musical or pop song). Bring sheet music. A pianist will accompany you. No acapella singing or singing with recorded tracks,

 OR

B) A song cut will be taught, as a group, to all who are auditioning and you may then sing that piece back, solo, as your audition piece.

CALLBACKS: Those called back on Wednesday (02/26/2020) will learn song cuts from the show, complete a short dance/movement sequence (to be taught by the choreographer), do readings from the script, and improvisation.
