Auditions for Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
This fun musical is great for the whole family! Based upon bedtime stories told by Ian Fleming (creator of James Bond...007), it was made into a film starring Dick Van Dyke, a romantic lead written for Julie Andrews, two wonderful leading parts for young people (age 10-13), a "Grandpa", and a terrific magical car. In addition, there are many engaging character roles and a solid chorus needed to support this large cast production. The stage version is based upon the film.
Children's Theatre Company seeks student actors- ages 10-17- for multiple roles in our 2018-2019 holiday production of Dr. Seuss's How the Grinch Stole Christmas, which will be directed by CTC Artistic Director, Peter C. Brosius, choreography by Linda Talcott Lee and music direction by Victor Zupanc.
Rehearsals begin October 9th, 2018, opening performance is November 9th, 2018 and runs through January 6th, 2019. CTC performs up to 10 shows per week that includes student matinees and evening performances Tuesday through Friday and back-to-back performances on weekends.

LABRADOR is seeking new company members ages 15-22 for its 2018-2019 season. LABRADOR is a young artist training program started and lead by up and coming artists in the Twin Cities. Through a focus on devised and adapted pieces, the members of the company work with professional artists to study clown, masks, grant writing, puppetry, etc. as well as take on roles in every aspect of show production.
MyMake Studios is now casting their second feature film, “Wolves and Other Factors” (working title). This project is to be shot around the twin cities metro area, commencing as quickly as weather permits, and to wrap no later than first frost of 2018.

The Phipps Dance Theater will hold auditions for male and female dancers ages 9 through adult for its production of “Hooray for Hollywood” on Saturday, May 12 in the dance studio of The Phipps Center for the Arts in Hudson, Wis. The company is looking for high level, well trained dancers with an extensive performance background. BAD NEWS is a collection of messenger monologues from Greek plays. This production will travel around the building in the lobbies and the studio space. You’ll be costumed and will help create the world of BAD NEWS. You will also be asked to sing in a group and communicate through gestures and perhaps words.

Black Dirt Theater is excited to hold auditions for our summer musical "Shrek"! We are looking for people of all ages and abilities. We are looking for people who are interested in very strong dancing parts.

Announcing auditions for Children of Eden with Masquers Theatre Company. We are very excited to produce this beautiful show from the same composer of Wicked and Godspell. This production is hoping to cast a diverse group of ages. Youth actors will primarily act as the animal chorus in both Eden and Noah’s Ark. This production will perform at Willowbrook Church and will rehearse in the Forest Lake area.
