Children’s Performing Arts is looking to hire for our upcoming productions in our 2022/2023 season. All shows are performed at the Hanifl Performing Arts Center in White Bear Lake, MN.

Available Titles in our 2022/2023 Season:

“Heathers” 

Ages: 11th-12th Graders and recent alumni

Book, Music, and Lyrics by Kevin Murphy and Laurence O’Keefe

Auditions/Rehearsals: May 2nd-June 17th

Tech/Performances: June 18th-June 25th

Production Roles Available: Director, Stage Manager, Costume Designer, Light Designer, Props Designer, Choreographer, Music Director

 

“Beauty and the Beast” 

Ages: 2nd-12th graders

Book by Linda Woolverton

Lyrics by Howard Ashman and Tim Rice

Music by Alan Menken

Auditions/Rehearsals: June 2nd-August 1st

Tech/Performances: August 2nd-August 20th

Production Roles Available: Director, Stage Manager, Costume Designer, Light Designer, Props Designer, Choreographer, Music Director (Will also direct pit band and will be in charge of finding pit band and holding rehearsals)

 

Stipend: Varies by Role (Stipend will be discussed when scheduling an interview)
