About the play:
Set in the front-line trenches near Saint Quentin in March, 1918 towards the end of the First World War, Journey's End gives a powerful and beautiful glimpse into the experiences of a British Infantry company, whose story plays out in an officers' dugout over four harrowing days. With a German offensive imminently approaching, each man is trapped, the days ticking by, the tension rising and the attack drawing ever closer.
