With this production, Freshwater Theatre is looking to further examine the tremendous cost of presenting as feminine in our current society.

It’s December 21st, 2012, and something’s gone terribly wrong with the timeline. Now it’s up to Saint Nicholas, a soft-boiled detective, and an unknown carpenter’s son named Jesus of Nazareth to set things right in this giddily blasphemous collection of musical and literary parodies!

Auditions will be in a workshop style involving a collaborative generative process including the devising of material as a group.

Participants experience the show through recorded audio in an app while moving around the West Bank neighborhood, making personal choices that determine the outcome of the story. Opera Reading Project is holding General Auditions for our inaugural 2018 - 2019 season. Auditions will be held on Sunday, September 9th between 1:00 and 6:00 p.m. at the Minnesota Opera Center, 620 North 1st St in Minneapolis. Seeking actors for a photo shoot, the results of which will be featured as social media content in the film. These roles are non-speaking; actors will participate in a photo shoot, capturing pre-determined set ups.

Glory Players Theater, Plymouth, MN is casting child and adult actors for the full feature production of "The Music Man". Auditions are open to performers grades 3 through adult including youth ages 12-16 who play a band instrument. Strong dancers are especially encouraged to audition.

We are based in Minneapolis/St. Paul, but also travel throughout the Midwest for corporate events, fundraisers, and a weddings. We are WBE certified and were a Super Bowl 52 preferred entertainment vendor.
Expressions Community Theater will be holding auditions for A Don’t Hug Me Christmas Carol. Auditions will be held at the Lakeville Area Arts Center, 20965 Holyoke Avenue on August 28 and 29 from 6 – 8 PM. Call backs if necessary on September 5. Theatre 301 is seeking one more male actor for the ensemble of The Laramie Project, directed by Meg Olson and assistant directed by Nolan Henningson.
Rehearsals begin August 27, and will run as follows: Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays 6:30-10:00pm and Sundays 4:00-7:00pm. There will be four performances October 11-14. All rehearsals and performances will be at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, 301 County Rd. 19, Excelsior, MN.
