PREPARE: The audition will consist of reading from sides. Please be prepared to work with Caroline on your selection in the room.
Casting both principal cast and understudies:
ZEKE: Trans man, aspiring comedian and father.
SYDNEY: Cis woman. Tough, witty, fixes cars and problems.
- March 10th-11th: 5 PM-9 PM
- Callbacks March 12th: 6 PM
Auditions are open to performers of all ethnicities, gender identities, and abilities.
Please prepare one 16 bar cut of a musical theater song for the audition. An accompanist will be provided. There will be a dance portion of the audition as well as a short cold reading

UpStage Stigma is a project through which artists tell stories of mental illness and emotional struggle with performance art. Community members and mental health practitioners produce an event that uses art and social justice to cultivate appreciation for our shared human experiences. Together, we break the barriers of stigma that divide us, through art, empathy, and advocacy.
