Become a Project Success Database and Evaluation Manager

We are looking for a person passionate about growing our existing database and evaluation systems, as well as building brand new ones. We need a problem-solver and a curious learner who understands the education evaluation space and has a passion for the details of database management.

Project Success is a youth-development organization that motivates and inspires students to dream about their futures, helps them create a plan to get there, and gives them the tools and support they need to achieve their goals. We work with over 14,000 6th—12th graders in the Minneapolis school district each year. Job Functions

  • Work closely with Directors and Managers to pull all necessary reporting for internal metrics and tracking systems
  • Maintain the online registration system for all PS programming
  • Manage the Curriculum feedback survey system
  • Build and publish dashboards to showcase PS’s outcomes
  • Work with the Development team for grant development and reporting, as well as manage information integration between data systems
  • Work closely with the Admin team to manage our IT and data systems needs
  • Work directly with school officials, principals, and the community to share the PS story through our data

Desired Qualifications/Experiences

  • Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • Experience with external grant & evaluation reporting
  • Experience integrating registration and database systems
  • Experience in programming languages PHP and/or Lua
  • Experience in database administration, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience in creating database dashboards & visualizations
  • Experience in educational evaluation methods and practices


  • Full Time - 40 Hours Per Week
