NEW DATE!!!! Improv for Everybody! Workshop with Blackout Improv

Using Your Truth In Improv
Workshop and Performance with Blackout Improv

Saturday, September 15th, 2018
Workshop: 3-5 pm
Presentation: 7-9 pm

SAY YES AND . . . To the real power of improv comedy!

Love improv? Ever wanted to try it? Curious about how comedy is changing the world? Join Blackout Improv, Minneapolis' own troupe of experienced actors/comedians/activists/teachers who will explore the usefulness of improv as a tool in daily life. Improv can be a means of utilizing everything you've got to get everything you need. It allows you to "roll with the punches" and be your best self in every moment, by acknowledging every gift you're given and supporting those around you. No previous improv experience required!

THEN: at 7 pm, you and your fellow workshop participants will entertain (in partnership with your professional teachers) with a public demonstration of your mad skills.

SPACE IS LIMITED! Register Today!

Who is this workshop for?

Anyone ages 12-112!
FAMILIES WELCOME! (And by “family” we mean “the people you call your family,” whether they be chosen, biological, adopted, whatever. All you have to do is register and pay together!)

Can I do the workshop and not perform?
Uh, sure? But don’t you want to show off your new skills? You’re paying for it: your choice.

Can I just come to the presentation?
