Teaching Artists for Locally Grown Virtual Theatre Camps!

Locally Grown Theatre is looking for 2 teachers for our virtual summer classes.

 

We are looking for one Improv Teacher to teach students in 4th and 5th grade.

Class description: Lean into your spontaneous side with this fun unscripted type of theatre. Build skills in trust, support, comedic timing and story building.

Classes are held June 21st-25th from 1:00-2:30pm with a virtual family show and tell on the last day of class.

This class is virtual so the teacher's location can be anywhere but must have a computer and internet connection.

 

We are also looking for one Dance/Movement Teacher for students in 2nd and 3rd grade.

Class description: With a kick-ball-change, a pasde bourree and other dance moves learn how to tell a story with your body.

There will be a virtual family show and tell on thelast day of camp.

Classes are held June 21st-25th from 10-11:15am with a virtual family show and tell on the last day of class.

This class is virtual so the teacher's location can be anywhere, but must have a computer and internet connection.

 

Both positions have a stipend of $150,  which equals about $20/hr.
