Walking Shadow Theatre Company is hiring two actors for our upcoming Zoom-based play-with-puzzles: Currently Untitled written by Duck Washington, with puzzles by David Pisa, and digital direction by John Heimbuch, with an anticipated opening in March 2021, for an open-ended run.

This show is a cross between web-based theater and escape room. It is a live, scripted online performance with actors; it's also an immersive, interactive experience for a small audience to explore virtually, while solving collaborative puzzles and debating ethical conundrums. This show explores ideas of technology, identity, and personal freedom. 

We are currently hiring two non-union actors for the following roles:

AGENT HALO (20s-40s) – a government agent

GOL3M (any age) – an intelligent machine

We are seeking actors of color for these roles. Female, trans, and gender-non-conforming actors are especially encouraged to apply. Experience with improvisation, interactive shows, role-playing games, digital streaming technology, and/or escape rooms is a big plus.
