How will the Legacy Amendment money be distributed? It's official.

Casey Selix at minnpost.com has been all over this story, so we, again, link to her reporting on the final form of funding for the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment. For those of you who want the quick version, the upshot is that "almost 49%" of the money dedicated to arts and culture will be distributed by the Minnesota State Arts Board. Yay!
