Sophie Kerman is a high school French teacher in St. Paul with graduate work in theater and performance studies. She also moonlights as a translator of European sportswear ads and tourist brochures. She will be writing reviews for MinnesotaPlaylist twice a month starting in October. Read previous reviews in the archives at Aisle Say Twin Cities (from 2011 on). She also currently plays chamber music with the Esperanza Ensemble.
