I was raised in a small coal mining town in North Dakota, where performance opportunities were few and far between. However, that never stopped me from traveling across the state and beyond to find a stage to perform on!
I began my collegiate career at Minnesota State University, Mankato but took a sabbatical in 2015 after winning the title of Miss North Dakota. I then had the honor of representing my great state at the 96th Miss America competition. During my year of service I traveled over 40,000 miles independently speaking, performing and representing the Miss America Organization. Some of my fondest memories include my anti-bullying school tour and being a state ambassador for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
I am now excited to be graduating with my BFA in Musical Theatre from MSU, Mankato in May 2019. I am kept busy as a full time student, teacher and director at Riverfront Performing Arts and eager young actress. Some recent and favorite roles include Christine Colgate in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and Truvy in Steel Magnolias.
