Patty Mathews

Biography

2019 was a great year! I got to play M'Lynn in Steel Magnolias with Lakeshore Players, Daisy in Driving Miss Daisy up at Paul Bunyan Playhouse, and Mrs. Soames in Our Town at Artistry Theatre. 

Patty lives in the Twin Cities, where she works as a commercial/voicover actress and motivational speaker.  Favorite roles include Abby Brewster (Arsenic and Old Lace at the Commonweal Theatre), “B”(Three Tall Women), Maria (Twelfth Night with Door Shakespeare), Nurse Kelly (Harvey at Park Square Theatre), and Mrs. Quimby (Ramona Quimby at CTC).  Once in a while she can be spotted at events with a crazy bunch called the Looney Lutherans, performing and making people laugh. She feels very fortunate to be able to do something she loves every day, and sends many thanks to friends and family for their support through the years.
