SUMMARY 

On a crowded subway, Milo passes the time imagining the lives of the other passengers. See his illustrations brought to spirited life in this world-premiere musical, featuring dynamic new songs ranging from hip-hop and pop to country. Ride along with Milo from stop to stop as he begins to understand that first impressions aren’t always accurate, that his older sister ReRe isn’t always annoying, and that real life can sometimes be even more incredible than an imaginary one.

Milo is a young eight-year-old boy with a very active imagination

AUDITION DATES:

Auditions will be accepted virtually until April 29th, 2024.

Callbacks will be hosted in person at Children’s Theatre Company on May 10th, 2024. Time is TBD

 Instructions on how to submit your audition materials online: 

  1. Prepare and video your sides and song.
  2. Fill out the audition form. 
  3. Open your Google Drive and create a folder with your first and last name. 
  4. Upload your video, headshot, and resume into this folder as individual files. 
  5. Select the folder, go to “Get Link” at the top right corner. Make sure to change permission settings to “Anyone with link.” 
  6. Copy and paste the link into your response back to us at [email protected] and be sure the subject line reads “MILO AUDITION”. 

 

The deadline for the video submission is April 29th, 2024

Note from Casting Director: All actors are welcome to audition for any role, but we highly encourage you to take into thoughtful consideration the cultural background of the character.

Feminine Presenting - Feminine presenting typically refers to individuals who express themselves in a manner that aligns with traditional societal expectations or perceptions of femininity. 

 

Masculine Presenting-  Masculine presenting refers to individuals who express themselves in a manner that aligns with traditional societal expectations or perceptions of masculinity.
