Masquers Theatre seeks Rehearsal Accompanist for May/June

Masquers Theatre Company, within the Forest Lake community, is currently in need of a Rehearsal Accompanist for their summer production of Into the Woods. 

This role is responsible for accompanying rehearsals under the direction of the Music Director for “Into the Woods” both for vocal parts and full piano score.

Qualifications:

• Advanced piano skills
• Advanced music theory
• Ability to sight read complex scores
• Any combination of training and experience equivalent to: college level training in piano, music theory, and composition as well as at least one year of experience as an accompanist.

Time Requirements: Rehearsals run M-F 6-9pm starting Mon 5/13 – 7/11. Ideally applicants would be available all of May and June rehearsal dates. When applying, please notate all conflicts in May and June. A full rehearsal schedule will be made based on staff availability.

Stipend: $400-600 depending on availability
