Need Rehearsal/Office Space for your Show/Project/Audition?

Greetings from Four Humors Theater. We have a large rehearsal space in South Minneapolis that's been our home for many years and we are currently seeking other individual producing artists and small-budget arts organizations who are interested in renting rehearsal space for their projects now through July 31, 2024.
This is a great space for solo projects, workshops (1-20 people), or small to medium productions (5-10 person cast) especially MN Fringe Shows with limited prop/set requirements. We have a rehearsal table for script work, seating for directors, coaches, and technical artists to watch rehearsals, storage racks for small/limited set pieces/props, and bathrooms & water fountains located just down the hall.
Our hourly rates typically start at $10/hr for artists/orgs, and we're open to discounts for longer term rentals (several consecutive weeks/months).
