American musical theater and youtube

News
Has anyone else noticed the proliferation of low-budget musical numbers around the web? They're so much more theatrical than cinematic, and they generally use more theater cliches (jazz hands, bouncing extras) than movie ideas. Maybe the Internet can save the American theater after all? Anyway, I think this after seeing this goofball video by way of mpr's arts and culture blog. Just for fun. It's called "Saving Newspapers: The Musical." Send me any other musical theater homages you find on the web. I'd love to build a list.
