April 19th-May 12th: Catch Elizabeth onstage as Mamie Marie Gross in a new play called Pop Goes the Noggin with SOS Theater, performing at the Gremlin in St. Paul.


Elizabeth Efteland is a Minneapolis-based actor who loves dramatic realism & anything Shakespeare, but has recently been having a great time dipping her toes into some comedic work as well.  Recent productions include What Guys Really Want (Chain Reaction Theatre Project), Thomas Tallis (Orchard Theatre Collective), Red Velvet and The River (Walking Shadow Theatre Company), Love Person (Park Square Theatre), and Detroit '67 (Penumbra Theatre Company). 

Efteland received her BFA in Acting from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where she received recognition for her portrayals of Coriolana in a gender-swapped version of Shakespeare’s Coriolanus, and Medea in Euripides' Greek tragedy.
