Elizabeth is currently in-and-out of Minneapolis, performing improv-heavy shows with GTC Dramatic Dialogues. These shows get college/university students around the country to speak up about topics such as diversity, sex & consent, drugs & alcohol. 


Elizabeth Efteland is a Minneapolis-based actor who loves dramatic realism & anything Shakespeare, but has a great time playing with comedic work as well.  Recent productions include Pop Goes the Noggin (SOS Theater), Thomas Tallis (Orchard Theatre Collective), Red Velvet and The River (Walking Shadow Theatre Company), Love Person (Park Square Theatre), and Detroit '67 (Penumbra Theatre Company). 

Efteland received her BFA in Acting from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where she received recognition for her portrayals of Coriolana in a gender-swapped version of Shakespeare’s Coriolanus, and Medea in Euripides' Greek tragedy.
