Most recently, Elizabeth performed in Thomas Tallis with Orchard Theatre Collective.  This summer, she will be spending a great deal of time canoeing in the North Woods, so reach her via email.

Elizabeth was named Outstanding Supporting Actress by Lavendar Magazine last year for her role in Red Velvet with Walking Shadow Theatre Company.


Elizabeth Efteland is a Minneapolis-based actor whose recent productions include Red Velvet and The River (Walking Shadow Theatre Company); Love Person (Park Square Theatre); Detroit '67 (Penumbra Theatre Company); Sister Calling My Name (Open Window Theatre); 4000 Miles (Park Square Theatre); Over the River and Through the Woods (Sidekick Theatre); Twelfth Night (Chameleon Theatre Circle & Green T Productions); The Black Hand Side That Feeds You (broadcast on Jazz88FM); and bottom, an original play about sex trafficking in Minnesota (blank slate theatre). Efteland received her BFA in Acting from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where she received recognition for her portrayals of Coriolana in a gender-swapped version of Shakespeare’s Coriolanus, and Medea in Euripides' Greek tragedy.
