Henry Ellen Sansone is an actor, theatre maker, and teaching artist.
Selected credits: Wendy in "The Boys of the Year Present: Peter Pan and Wendy" (The Boys of the Year), The Cat in "Bone Mother" (Sandbox Theatre), Moritz in "Spring Awakening" (Chameleon Theatre Circle), Orestes in "Iphigenia and Other Daughters" (Theatre Unbound), Horatio in "Hamlet, but Hamlet's a Chicken" (Grand Island Theatre), Hastings in "Richard III" (South Dakota Shakespeare Festival), and Geryon in "Autobiography of Red" (University of Minnesota).
Henry received his BA in Theatre Arts - Performance Creation from the University of Minnesota. He is a company member with Sandbox Theatre and part of the trans theatre collective The Boys of the Year. Henry has extensive experience with devised work, physical theatre, and Shakespeare. Henry values working in a manner that is collaborative, visceral, generous, curious, lively, and full of play. He is also a trained vocalist. As a teaching artist, Henry has taught with the Children's Theatre Company, De La Salle High School, and First Stage Children's Theatre.
