Experience

I have been at play in the theater since 1979, beginning professionally in 1985.
I collaborate, produce, direct and perform.
I have toured, been in bands, learned to film, videotape and edit, hung drywall, catered and worked in visual display at "the" most major high end retailer in North America.
I find creating entertainment for an audience most appealing and necessary in my life. I like to be with people who are focused on the creation of the agreed upon work, and will do what it takes to make it successful.

Education

After gradjiating from a high school up north, I majored in theater at Moorhead back when it was called a State University. Just shy of completing that degree I moved to San Francisco.

Training

The Dell' Arte Player's Company - www.dellarte.com
Richard Seyd - www.seydways.com
Second City's ETC Improvisation Training Program - www.secondcity.com/news.php?id=983
Slings and Arrows - although not training per-se, this rentable television series is recommended viewing for those who have or wish to have a life in the theater.

Goals

Thus skipping the short cut to experience that having a degree allows, I have taken it upon myself to develop a serious depth and breadth of real world experience in the theater. I believe there is an advantage to hands on learning and hope to soon become an Artistic Director of a theater and its company.
