Announcing Auditions for Bus Stop, Eden Prairie Players' 2019 Winter Play
Eden Prairie Players will be holding auditions for Bus Stop, written by William Inge and directed by Stephen Houtz.
When: Tuesday, November 13 and Wednesday, November 14. You can sign up for one night or the other in the audition form. Callbacks will be on November 15 if needed.
Family friendly holiday variety show with featured singer looking for two youths, dancers who can sing and act, jr. high age and older for "side man/person" type of support on stage. Your part/s will include some dancing, skit acting, singing solo and easy harmony. Youths must have reliable transportation and must be able to manage their own energy and self-direct when neessary as kid wranglers are not available, in other words, you are "self-wrangling". ;)
Blue Water Theatre Company of Wayzata, a youth theatre community, is pleased to announce auditions for our upcoming production of Peter Pan. We are looking to cast sixteen student actors of a mixed range of ages (grades 3 through 12) in this show. Auditions will take place on Sunday, October 21 and Sunday, October 28. Rehearsals will begin the first week of December, and will generally take place in the evenings on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Performances are set for January 25-27.

We are auditioning Black/African American performers for Puck and Titania. Inclusive casting gender/sex/ability. Prepare 2 contrasting classical monologues with at least one performed as a ritual or with ritualistic movements and elements. be prepared for movement.

The Gilbert & Sullivan Very Light Opera Company will hold auditions for its Spring 2019 production of Gilbert and Sullivan’s The Mikado, Saturday, November 3, 2018 1:00 to 5:00 pm, and Sunday, November 4, 2018, 5:00 to 9:00 pm. Call Backs will be held on Monday, November 5, 2018, starting at 7:00 pm.
This production will be directed by Rick Shiomi and will be a presentation of his adaptation of the original version of The Mikado, with Choreography by Penelope Freeh and Music Direction by Dr. Randal Buikema.

Chicago Shakespeare Theater Casting is interested in meeting Twin Cities actors!
Classics Lost ‘n’ Found Theater Company needs men, women and children (minimum age is 8) for its Winter holiday production of “Snow White,” written by Steven LaVigne and and co-directed by LaVigne and Dawn Linnell. While the show is based on the classic fairy tale, it’s a rollicking, freewheeling adaptation with silly songs and situations to make you laugh.
Here is a little about the show:
The Orchard Theater Collective will be holding auditions for its upcoming production of Twelfth Night, directed by Craig Johnson. The show will be part of a whole evening of great local food, drink, and entertainment-a warm, festive, winter celebration!
We will be offering a $600 stipend for the production.
