God Girl Auditions

The Northfield Arts Guild Theater and director Mishia Edwards host auditions for God Girl by Minnesota playwright Kristine Holmgren on Monday and Tuesday, September 25 and 26 with 30 minute time slots available between 7:00pm and 9:30pm. Auditions will be held at the Northfield Arts Guild Theater, 304 Division Street S, Northfield.  The Northfield Arts Guild is a quality Community Theater; all actors are volunteer.

Classics Lost ‘n’ Found Theater Company needs an actress for the role of Mrs. Cheveley in Oscar Wilde’s An Ideal Husband.


Performances are October 20-21 and 27-28. Rehearsals are Monday through Thursday with some Saturday afternoons. Rehearsal begins September 11. Auditions will continue to be held until the role is cast.


Requirements: Age range, mid-40s to late 50s, British accent, the character is superficial, charming ,but manipulative and deceitful. She is the villain of the play.

Commonweal 2018 Season Auditions

The Commonweal Theatre Company (located in Lanesboro, MN) will hold non-Equity auditions in the Twin Cities area for its 2018 season on Monday September 25, by appointment only. The season includes Silent Sky, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, The Clean House, Dracula: Prince of Blood, and It’s a Wonderful Life – The Radio Play. We encourage actors of all races and ethnicities to audition, especially those identifying as Latin-American or Hispanic-American, or those actors with a facility in Portuguese and/or Spanish languages.

RHINOCEROS, by Eugene Ionesco, will audition for 10-12 actors on Monday, October 30 and Wednesday, November 1. Directed by George M. Roesler, RHINOCEROS performs January 5 through 28, 2018.

Jane Austen's EMMA will audition for 10-12 actors on Monday, November 20 and Tuesday, November 21. Directed by Miriam Monasch, EMMA performs February 9 through March 4, 2018.

Theatre Unbound: A Wives' Tale

Theatre Unbound is currently casting Christina Ham’s A WIVES’ TALE, a drama about a group of barren women conspiring to create the perfect society in a post-nuclear St. Paul. The play explores the ways in which patriarchal values continue to permeate an emerging matriarchal system. The production will be directed by Kate Powers.

We are seeking a diverse cast of all heritages and social backgrounds to represent this community of survivors.

The Peabody Players are based in St. Michael, MN and perform short-form improv similar to the popular show "Whose Line Is It Anyway?"  We perform throughout the Twin Cities area during the year. 

We are seeking Improv performers who can sing and/or play an instrument.
