Ebenezer Scrooge declines Christmas dinner with his family, opting to be alone as the dreaded holiday passes through once again. His heart, being as cold as his home, is challenged to warm up as the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future take him on a musical journey of his own life. Awakening his spirit brings a joyful new day in this beloved Dickens adaptation.
Seeking strong adult and youth actors and singers to bring this musical to life. A holiday favorite in our repertoire, we welcome you to submit a vocal sample to begin. We will possibly send you scenework to prepare then possibly ask you for a call back for paired scene readings. Well behaved children ages 5 and up are invited to audition. There are several boys and girls in the Cratchit family as well as a street child. Many wonderful adult roles fill out this cast of 25. We may consider casting additional carolers that only perform at the Crystal location. There is SO MUCH great music to be shared!
For more details, please inquire via email.
