Workshop the brand new show called Puppetry- presented by The Headwaters Collective of Performing Arts (HCPA)

 Synopsis:

Two Puppets are up to their regularly scheduled shenanigans when they start to ask some of life’s big questions. Maybe a little too big…

Character Descriptions/What We’re Looking For:

NICKY/DEVIN - 18 to mid-20’s. Any ethnicity, any gender presentation. NICKY is the puppeteer of DEVIN. NICKY is starting out their adult life and trying to figure out what they’re doing and how to do it. DEVIN is a rambunctious and curious puppet. They’re constantly trying to understand our world, misguided and humorous as it may be.

BECK/CLOVER - 18 to 50’s. Any ethnicity, any gender presentation. BECK is the puppeteer of CLOVER. Around the same age or perhaps older than NICK. Had to figure life out on their own with little to no help. BECK is prideful in their self teaching but sometimes it comes back to bite them in the butt. CLOVER is a confident puppet. CLOVER is always there to help out their friend DEVIN. They try their best to answer DEVIN's ridiculous questions.

Tracks are not confirmed. If cast you may be asked to play only one of the characters (as in the puppet but not the person) OR play a puppet but play as the opposite person who doesn’t puppeteer that specific puppet.
