The auditions will be held at the Minnesota Opera Center | 620 N. 1st St., Minneapolis, MN on:
Tuesday, March 11, 2025: 7:00pm–10:00pm
Thursday, March 13, 2025: 7:00pm–10:00pm
Saturday, March 15, 2023: 1:00pm–5:00pm
**Please note** - If you did a live in-person audition with Minnesota Opera in December 2024 you do not need to re-audition. Thank you.
Audition requirement: One (1) full aria or art song, preferably in Italian
Dress code: Casual (wear whatever you feel best expresses who you are)
There is no fee for this audition, and a pianist will be provided at no cost to you. You are welcome to contact the pianist through Salvatore Vasta at [email protected] to inform them of your selection and/or schedule a rehearsal. Please note that MNOP cannot guarantee availability for pianist for any rehearsals prior. Minnesota Opera will not cover the cost of rehearsals or coachings. You may also bring your own pianist at your own expense.
