The Rinky Dink Show: Rinky Dink Fights Back!

All right Dinks. Seriously this time. The Bryant Lake Bowl is having us back for another round of “The Rinky Dink Show” and they need a REAL description from us this time.

In June we delighted audiences and critics alike. Be sure to include the quote from Twin Cities Arts Reader that said, “It recalls some of the best moments of Laugh-In and Saturday Night Live, while also planting its flag firmly in the Twin Cities.” People love quotes like that. They’re reassuring.

But – the June show was only HALF of us, and our September show is the REST of us. And obviously, we’re some of the freshest and savviest comedy performers in town, and as the world gets crazier and crazier, Rinky Dink is going to fight back the best way they know how: Comedy. Sketch. Stand-up. Song. Some serious silly slightly off-center and happy to call the BLB our home.

Make sure to let them know the cast includes: Sam Bates-Norum, Anna Larranaga, Beth Ann Powers, Amanda Sjodahl, Gabby Vandenavond, Leslie Vincent, Duck Washington, Allison Witham and Aron Woldeslassie. 

We still need a catchy tag line here. And PLEASE make sure to formally type something up that’s presentational and glossy and do NOT just copy and paste directly from this email. Not because it’s unprofessional, but because we did that bit in June and what kind of rinky dink operation does that two times in a row?
