Elizabeth Efteland is a Minneapolis-based actor/director/collaborator. Currently she is understudying the role of "Claire" in Hells Canyon, a world-premiere by Keiko Green, presented by Theater Mu at the Jungle Theater February 24th-March 17th (2024). 

Recently you may have seen her as Sonia in Life Sucks with Open Eye & Girl Friday, Matt Damon (yes, you read that right) in Matt & Ben with Nocturnal Giraffe Theatre, Mary Bennet in Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley at Lyric Arts, Mercutio in Romeo & Juliet with the Zephyr Theatre, or LD in the one-woman show Channel with Dogwatch Productions.

Efteland has performed at Penumbra Theatre Company, Six Points Theatre, Park Square Theatre, Walking Shadow Theatre Company, Orchard Theatre Collective, Open Window Theatre, SOS Theater, and others.
