Mason has recently become a Certified Teacher with the Society of American Fight Directors, the largest stage combat organization in the world.

He has also become a Theatrical Firearm Safety Instructor with the SAFD, able to introduce an academic and practical use of blank firearms in productions.

Mason is a violence/intimacy/stage director, teacher, and production manager for the Twin Cities theatre community. Mason is a Certified Teacher with the Society of American Fight Directors, dedicated to the proliferation of safe and effective stage combat education. He is a company member of Six Elements Theatre and a founder of Red Dice Collective, as well as an associate member with Art in Arms and Fake Fighting Company. Mason is also a stunt coordinator and stunt performer for music videos, shorts, and features.
