The POUR Decision: A Murder Mystery Experience is a fast-paced, highly interactive comedy event — not a traditional dinner theater production. Set during a chaotic Irish Wake at a local bistro, the evening begins with the Host dramatically announcing his own murder, launching the audience into a live murder mystery “game” where 60 guests work together to solve the “crime”. Actors will play exaggerated, eccentric family members (including bitter ex-wives, dysfunctional children, and step-children) in a semi-improvisational style inspired by It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Arrested Development, Seinfeld, Friends, and The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged). Performers should be comfortable with audience interaction, improvisation, table-side banter, meta humor, and breaking character for comedic moments. The show unfolds continuously throughout a 4-course dinner with no formal stage breaks, as actors circulate through the room planting clues, interrogating guests, escalating family drama, and fueling the comedic chaos. This production will feature 7 adult actors (18+) and includes a stipend for the two performances.

- Final performance followed immediately by sound/prop/costume strike.
- Distribute actor stipends upon completion of strike.
